DON'T BE A 'DNA'
A ‘DNA’ is someone who Does Not Attend an appointment.
The NHS eye service is a vital resource. If you can’t attend your appointment, please let us know by phone or email, even if it is on the same day, so we can offer your appointment to someone else who needs urgent care.
